Kruistocht (2): literatuur

Er is genoeg over te vinden, zoals van Sir Lane Poole,  Steven Runciman of van  Karen Armstrong, wiens kruisvaartboek uit 1991 weer over de toonbank vliegt; Amin Malouf, die de versie vanuit de islamitische wereld en bronnen vertelt , zoals ook Carole Hillenbrand doet in 'Islamic Perspectives of the crusades' uit 1999.. En in 2005 was er een grote tentoonstelling aan gewijd, in het Utrechtse Centraal Museum. En er is een hausse aan al weer NIEUWE studies. Vanaf 2001 zeg maar:
